Caleffi Gattico

Following the manifestation of the needs to expand one of its production facilities, the company Caleffi S.p.A. appointed BMS Progetti to take care of the professional activities for the construction of the new building.
The new shed will have an area of about 15,000 square meters, intended largely for production and partly for storage of materials used in processing.
The assignment includes:
- technical and environmental due diligence
- feasibility study
- point cloud survey for BIM model construction
- integrated final design in BIM
- fire prevention
- obtaining building permits
- construction management, general
- commissioning and functional testing
- End of construction practices
