Kering Eyewear

Padua
2019 - ongoing

Kering Eyewear has been working since 2019 on the construction of a new headquarter in Padua, a project that represents a major investment in the area and aims to become a state-of-the-art business hub both in terms of structure and services offered to people. Completion of the headquarters is scheduled for early 2025 on the land adjacent to the current offices in the 16th-century Villa Zaguri.

With a total area of more than 10,000 square meters, the architectural complex, divided into alternating work areas and large open spaces, will be able to accommodate 650 company employees when fully operational. In line with current international trends, there will also be an auditorium, a company restaurant, a gymnasium and a daycare center inside. Peculiarities of the buildings will also be the facility's immersion in nature and compatibility with the surrounding environment, expressed through construction choices that minimize environmental impact and will allow it to obtain LEED and Well Platinum certifications.

The project is signed by the Japanese architectural firm SANAA, which was joined by BMS Progetti in developing the specialized designs.
