The "Le Terrazze" shopping center in La Spezia consists of two distinct functional bodies side by side: that of the shopping center, characterized by the presence of a head volume with irregular polygonal faces called the Hero building, and that of the multi-story parking lot. The commercial part is developed on two levels in communication with each other through movable ramp systems while the outdoor parking lot is composed of 5 overlapping above-ground levels.
BMS was responsible for the development of the architectural and structural executive design.
