The structure consists of five above-ground levels, which house mainly conference functions, but also exhibition, commercial and restaurant functions. The characterizing element of the project is the imposing glazed "shell" also the spatial fulcrum of the building is the majestic Square Hall that can be subdivided, through an ingenious system of movable walls, into a variety of modular configurations. Around it, a system of foyers with glazed roofs constitutes the connecting element between all the spaces of the Palacongressi, articulating on the upper levels with systems of walkways and galleries facing the galleries.
BMS developed the architectural and structural executive and construction design, and served as project coordinator and construction manager for the structures.
