ROUTE
The project is the place of expression of the potential of an idea. The goal is its transformation into a concrete object and embedded in an articulated process in which desires, criticalities and opportunities, norms and strategies, actors and relationships, sustainability and innovation move. We welcome each project as an opportunity: a mix of technical creativity, expertise and experience, capable of identifying alternative, accessible and heterogeneous solutions.
COMPLEXITY
We manage the complexity of a project with the ability and experience in governing articulated systems. Our goal is to make every idea feasible while taking into account, at the same time, quality standards, costs and adherence to project timelines. Complexity is a challenge that requires peculiar managerial skills, and our strategy is to turn any Client into a Partner to jointly contribute to the success of the work.
SUSTAINABILITY
We consider sustainability to be a major issue that we fully embrace. Both inside and outside of design we address and hold together the different declinations of sustainability: financial, environmental, social, landscape and energy. Sometimes the path to take is based on innovation, other times it is a return to the roots, but the tools that guide us in this choice always remain the same: passion, experience and commitment.
We face the complex world of integrated design with dynamism and ambition without neglecting the quality and versatility of Made in Italy.
We work with a multispecialty approach and a matrix organizational structure that divides the company into 4 divisions (Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Construction) across all segments of Real Estate and Construction.
With the combination of knowledge and the ability of overview, we foster integration and coordination between different disciplines, with the aim of always providing a comprehensive and high-quality service to our Clients.
WORK AREAS
01/ ARCHITECTURE
We design and develop architecture and engineering in the same environment to ensure quality and internal consistency in projects of all scales; we take care of every level of detail, from the first feasibility studies to the executive and Interior Design phases.
Our efforts are focused on offering a high value-added service that is attentive to the quality and sustainability of the proposed solutions to meet the demands and expectations of our clients.
02/ STRUCTURE
The structure is not just a skeleton but an active element in the design organism. That is why at BMS we combine knowledge of the theoretical behavior of structures with field experience in both site management and construction technologies.
Beginning with theoretical and normative limitations, we work to identify solutions best suited to project needs.
03/ MEP
The plant engineering component is increasingly the beating heart of a building, whatever its function and destination. Efficiency, sustainability, comfort, and flexibility are key elements for projects, whether new construction or upgrading existing.
BMS has approached this area with the aim of increasingly broadening its integrated expertise, aimed at meeting a growing market demand, while also fulfilling the ambition to be more incisive and comprehensive in the design of complex buildings.
04/ CONSTRUCTION
Building is an art made up of process control skills, management and expertise in the use of appropriate planning tools.
We aim to ensure the proper governance of each construction site, through planning, verification and technical control, while remaining capable of managing and absorbing any moments of discontinuity or revision that any complex project may encounter during its development.
