LEED
The office building called Torre Diamante consists of 27 floors above ground with a total area of 30,000 square meters.
BMS with Proger worked on the MEP design and the internal partitions (fit-out) of the shell & core design made by Hines Italia SGR, according to the requirements of the conductor, BNP Paribas.
This led to the creation of a building characterized by high performance from a functional and energetic point of view and able to obtain the LEED Gold certification.
The most important MEP interventions were the use of heat pump refrigerating units reversible to ground water, an inductive cold-beam system and air handling units serving each half-floor, and a computerized building management system (BMS) in order to guarantee maximum flexibility according to the effective occupation of the rooms.
The lighting system is automatically controlled thanks to a DALI system.
