Energy Park – GB One

The Green Building Campus is located in the eastern area of the larger building complex called “Energy Park”, in Via Trento in the Municipality of Vimercate (MB). GB One is the southernmost building within the Green Building Campus project. The main task was to renovate and expand an existing building used for offices/laboratories.

The total area of the existing body is about 3700 square meters, while the new body area is about 3200 square meters; both buildings are developed on four levels above ground and are connected to form a single construction. The single-storey basement intended for parking lots, warehouses and technical rooms has a total area of about 2200 square meters.

The complex is completed with a double-height steel and glass through-tunnel (“Gate”) that serves as a connecting element and access to the future expansion of the complex, four more buildings 3/4 floors above ground high.
