A dismissed office building in 18 via Vigevano was converted, on the occasion of the events related to EXPO 2015, in a “Temporary Shop” dedicated to food and to the different ways for cooking. It is the first store in a city centre launched by IKEA.
The multifunctional centre extends on a surface about of 1400 mq and is distributed on three levels: the ground level dedicated to showroom and sales point, with a lounge yard; a raised ground floor with a bistrot and the social area and an underground level with the workshop area and a showcooking kitchen.
BMS Progetti Srl designed for IKEA Italia, plants and civil works design and Works Supervision of transformation intervention of existing building.
