The VTB Arena Park mixed use development is situated in the heart of Moscow. The project consists in a total of 13 buildings and the new Dinamo Moscow stadium for the 2018 World Cup, and includes the renovation of its surrounding park.
BMS Progetti, on behalf of Proger S.p.A., designed the Multifunctional Centre, which consists of five buildings out of the thirteen of the complex, including the five-star luxury Hyatt Hotel and Hyatt Apartment Hotel, united by a common basement space (Cyclo 0), located in the southern part of the Complex.
The Cycle 0 is a basement space to be on two levels and a mezzanine floor, that will be functionally assigned to parking areas, technical premises, Hotel’s BOH areas, technical MEP rooms, garbage area, freight traffic.
Buildings 1 and 2 are assigned to hotel facilities, and will host rooms, apartments-rooms, suites, conference rooms and spaces for recreation and leisure of the hotel. From the 5th up to the 14th floor building 1’s façade steps back to give space to an open terrace. Buildings 1 and 2 are connected to each other by a passage gallery on the 2nd floor level.
Buildings 3, 4 and 5 form a common line along the inside pedestrian boulevard, and will host tertiary and service activities.
