The refurbishment works on the Richard Towers have started!
With an investment of over 35 million euros, Aedes SIIQ S.p.A is renovating the building for office use, in one of the major strategic development complexes in Milan, with BMS Progetti as architectural, structural and MEP designers.
The intervention, which involves the overall re-design of the facades, will give a completely regenerated and modern look to the two towers, and will renew the dialogue with Viale Richard.
