Stefano Rocca was born in Milan in 1972. He is married and he lives in Monza with his wife and his seven daughters.
In 1999 he graduated in Structural Engineering at Polytechnic of Milan. He has been working as freelancer under exclusive contract for BMS Progetti since 1999.

In 1999 he graduated in classic guitar at the conservatory of Guido Cantelli in Novara.
He has covered the role as Quality System Responsible as UNI ENI ISO 9001:2000 since 2008.
In 2009 he was elected by work colleagues as Employers Security Responsible.
In 2013 he got certification in Prince2 Foundation, British system for Project Management n°02754179-01-G3JT.

He gained experience in design and direction of works for complex projects in Italy and abroad: from Bodio Center to new Citylife area in Milan, from Donna Towers in Dubai to Sea Plaza Tower in Sochi (Russian federation) and to complex VTB-Arena Park in Moscow (Russian federation).

He covered roles as design coordinator of the engineering services in technical divisions of Edison S.p.A. and Research Center (CCR) of EURATOM in Ispra (VA) for BMS Progetti.

Until today he has covered role as designer and Project Manager of multidisciplinary projects.
